If your steam generator is not producing steam and you have confirmed it has the proper power and water supply:
- Check all wiring for any damage, loose connections, or corrosion.
- Verify fuses are not blown or loosely connected in unit.
- DO NOT TWIST - align arrows. Carefully inspect 13-pin connector for any bent, broken, or missing pins. There should be even rows of 4 pins as well as a single standalone pin in the middle of the bottom row. Ensure gray communication cable is not pinched or damaged (ie. by staples or screws in the wall when installing) try bypassing the cable and plug directly into steamer to see if that resolves the issue.
- Contact support for help, inform if you can hear the unit activating when powering on and if you can hear any water filling the tank. Please include model info and photos to best assist.
DISCLAIMER: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DIY - ADVICE ONLY FOR LICENSED PROFESSIONALS. ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER WHEN SERVICING.
