If your steamer control panel is not working, flashing, or beeping: 
- Check all wiring for loose connections or damage, verify no blown fuses.
- DO NOT TWIST - align arrows. Carefully inspect 13-pin connector for any bent, broken, or missing pins. There should be three even rows of 4 pins as well as a single standalone pin in the middle of the bottom row.
- Ensure grey communication cable is not pinched or damaged (ie. by staples or screws in the wall when installing).
- If the above does not help please contact support and provide the model and info with pictures for assistance.
