Error Code 05 - I do not hear water filling the tank when I turn my steamer on

If you do not hear any water filling the tank when you turn your steamer on: 

1. Check all wiring for loose connections or damage.ny plumbing shutoff valves have been opened.
   
   
2. Verify water supply is connected and plumbing shutoff valves are open.
   
   
3. DO NOT TWIST - align arrows. Carefully inspect 13-pin connector for any bent, broken, or missing pins. There should be three even rows of 4 pins as well as a single standalone pin in the middle of the bottom row.
   
   
4. Ensure grey communication cable is not pinched or damaged (ie. by staples or screws in the wall when installing).
   
   
5. Can attempt to firmly tap the inlet solenoid while activating to free any blockage.
   
   
6. If your problem persists please follow the steamer troubleshooting guide and/or contact support with model info and pictures for more help.
