If your steam generator turns off briefly after turning on and makes no steam:
- Turn off power, check all wiring for loose connections or damage, communication cable and 13 pin connector.
- Ensure the water supply plumbing is open, listen for steamer solenoid opening and tank filling.
- Reset the hi-limit switches on the rear of the unit, use a pen or screwdriver to help reach.
