If your steam generator is making less steam than normal: 
- Turn off power, reset the hi-limit switches on the rear of the unit. There should be two black plastic squares with a button in the center, you can access these with the side panel removed.
- Be sure to regularly clean and descale lime and calcium buildup or send in for service cleaning.
- Please contact support for help, provide model info and photos to best assist.
