If one of more of your heater elements are no longer functioning: 
- Do not continue to use heater, turn off power.
- Check all wiring for any damage, loose connections, or corrosion.
- Inspect if any cracks or burst element visible inside the unit.
- Provide support with model KW, voltage info, and photos of serial plate to best assist.
