If your heater is not turning on: 
- Check all wiring for loose connections or damage.
- Reset hi limit button on bottom of heater.
- If your heater turns on but shuts off again try removing some rocks and reset the hi-limit.
- This should resolve your issue and prevent it from happening again as the hot air is getting trapped and triggering the safety. If your problem persists please contact support with KW model info and pictures for more help.
