My sauna no longer heats up in the desired time / doesn't get hot anymore

If your sauna doesn't get hot or warm up in the desired time:

1. Check all wiring for loose connections or damage.
   
   
2. Verify all emitters are plugged in on the top of the sauna unit.
   
   
3. Inspect IR emitters and confirm they are all producing heat.
   
   
4. Check if temperature sensor is near LED light or other heat source and relocate.
   
   
5. If the above does not help please contact support and provide the model and info with pictures for assistance.
