My heater smells like a burning odour suddenly

If you smell a burning odour coming from the heater:

1. Turn off power and do not use the sauna heater.
2. Check all wiring for any damage, loose connections or corrosion.
3. Inspect if any debris has fallen or melted onto the elements or if they have burst/cracked.
4. Ensure inner heat shield is not touching any elements.
5. Contact support for assistance, please include model KW info and photos to best assist.
