My product arrived damaged in shipping what do I do?

If your item arrived damaged from shipping:

  1. Decline or refuse delivery - do not sign for the package if damage clearly visible.

  2. If damage was not apparent from the outside box or you have signed already, please contact support and include photos of the box and item that were damaged.
